Hey Rob,
Any update on the Shawn Phillips Powerbuilding program making a return. Last time you were on SHR, you mentioned that Phillips wanted to talk with you about it.
Thanks

If you've been an insomniac for some time, it will take a number of weeks for the adaptogens/other ingredients in TQ to normalize neurotransmitter levels. This likely explains the feedback we've seen to date on sleep. In those without CHRONIC sleep issues, it works out of the gate. For example, her...

Insomniacs & TranQuilogen
Wondering if anyone with a history of insomnia has given Tranquilogen a try and what your results have been? I'm on day two. I take one cap in the morning and one in the evening. So far I have not noticed much but I think I need to be patient and give it sometime. Rob says for someone with insomnia ...

Finshed up the 1 day arm program about a hour ago and here are my insights; easily the hardest part was drinking all of the intra workout drink each hour. I think next time I will purchase something like Karolyn rather than using just corn starch as it gave me some GI issues. The workout it self was...

Tart Cherry Juice vs. Cherry Extract
Anyone tried cherry extract capsules instead of the juice? Curious to see if its just as efffective for recovery. Caps are cheaper and you would eliminate the sugar so it would seem like a good alternative over the juice. However, I wonder if the whole food juice does something for recovery that the...

BCAA Intraworkout - Feel Terrible
I drink about 20 grams of BCAA's during my workout and I find that around the 30 min mark I start to feel lousy. I know BCAA's can cause an insiline spike so are there ways to blunt this? Drink the BCAA's slower or maybe have some fat pre-workout like some coconut oil?

Rest Periods and Extra Work
I have a hard time sitting around doing nothing when rest periods go above 2 minutes. I recently read about a couple of techniques that increase training efficiency one called is cardioacceleration and the other is called staggered training. Cardioacceleration is where you do a short burst of high i...

if your diet didnt normally include many of the foods you are currently been eating for famine, then yes its normal you'd experience the issues you are having. Your body isnt used to it. If you ate like this long enough your body would normalize.. The odd thing is that I do eat a lot of fruit norma...

Famine - Is this normal?
So I'm on day 4 of the famine diet and I've mainly been eating fruit, veggies and nuts. I realize this week is a system cleanse of sorts but I have literally been in the bathroom for the last few days. I may have endulged in too many bing cherries. Today I am avoiding fiber and drinking a lot of flu...

EDT Rest Question
When doing Dips and DB rows for example, do you rest for the prescribed time after completing the Dips and then do the rows or do you superset Dips and Rows and then rest?

I've received and read both 2.0 and 3.0 and I've looked through all of the stickies that are posted here and the 3.0 cliff notes which references a training and dietary template for the feast portion of 3.0. Is this a separate attachment the 3.0 mother doc or is the template for 3.0 posted on the fo...
