Actually, I had the lemon lime flavor and mixed it with Lemon Lime Xtend........can you say lemon lime overdose!

I've decided to stick with MassPro and keep the Peptopro for post cardio/non workout days.

I bought Peptopro to give it a shot but I am confused about the Peptopro serving size. It says 1 scoop is 4 grams of protein therefore 7-8 scoops would be appropriate for the formula but thats a ton of powder (plus it has a very frothy consistencey and tasted horrible). Looks like the workouts are fine with the exception of the one exercise. From my experience in 3 runs, you will know when you are ready to transition to feast. Sometimes it does not take all three workouts, sometimes it does. For me, I never measured resting HR, or used multistix. By the day after ...
