Solid advice here, and lots of it. "Cutting" as I see it is passe'/only for those going into a contest. On a pure cut, there's too much risk of real LBM loss IMO, chasing that last bit of bodyfat down. It becomes much more manageable, on 3.0's template. Actually, I probably should have be...

Yea, I would feel extremely sick if I went down to 500 to 800 calories. I was probably around 1,200 to 1,400 ish when I did famine and that was tough...

Thanks everyone. Okay Rob, I'll use the 3.0 after a couple of BP runs. I had no idea the answer was in there...Even though you've sent me the 3.0, I haven't read it yet, because I didn't want to get it confused with what's in 2.0. I'm assuming 3.0 is only to be completed after one has copleted 2.0, ...

After BluePrint - Cut and Ripped Program Recommendations?

I'm currently running the feast blueprint now(famine was pretty tough, but I survived). My question is, after one has made some awesome strength gains by running the blueprint 2 or 3 times, any recommendations on what program to use after that to get the muscles and veins popping out and get really ...

Famine Phase

Man, I want to start this program so bad, but I'm concerned about the Famine Phase. I can't afford to take any sick days from work without getting fired, and from what I hear, the Famine phase makes you feel absolutely horrible and exhausted........... Rob is awesome, but the more I"m thinking ...

Re: 1 Gallon of Milk a Day and the BP Program

I'm going to try this and see how it works....I can't see why the gallon of milk a day program would only work with 20 rep squats...I think it would be just as effective with the BP program......So I'm going to give it a go with the BP program and see what happens. Pick up some Charmin, or else... ...

for the GLP, there's a sticky about it in the resources part. It calculates the sets and reps for the bench press and squat using your 1rm. For the EDT Blocks on the GLP, do as many as you can in the span of 15-20min. with about 2min. rest between set. Thanks, I'll look into it....So squats and ben...

Thanks matter2003, that does help for sure... Yea, I find it strange that the guide doen't tell you what exercise and how many of EACH exercise to do for the German Loading Pattern....Maybe it doesn't matter. Perhaps I can just do Bicep Curls, Flat Bench Press, Tricep Kicbacks etc and be fine, but i...

Help With BluePrint!!!!!

Been trying to read and absorb the Blueprint over the last few weeks. I think the guide is geared though more towards the intermediate or advanced bodybuilder, because when I ran into terms such as "Jump Sets" "Loaded Stretches" and "Static Holds" I was completely lost....
