ok couple of questions Do I do german loading and the stretch movements (EDT)? In the BP it has 3 or 4 different variations of stretch movements and exercise A1/A2, B1/B2, etc that im not sure how to do the german loading and pick how many or what stretch movements i do. I have 3.5 weeks until I start my first run. I am currently doing insanity and lifting and was wondering if anyone else has done any type of cardio like this before with the BP. Thanks guys, I ended up gettin the bp stack. Had to push the start of it back about a month though so havnt started yet. Have been able to cut some weight/fat though. Trying to get a better foundation before i start since last bulk was not that great. As far as the adaptogen goes, is there somewhere...

IF you dont understand it maybe you should reread it, postpone your workout one more week, and then start when you better understand. I have yet to go thru my first phase but I understand what Im supposed to be doing and what to take when. As far as preworkout, dont take jack3d. Read the BP again......
