May I ask how many calories you're taking in/day? calories have been above 3000 every day, closer to or maybe above 4000 most days. breakfast between the omelets and eggs is around 600-700 calories and those wraps that ive been eating so many of have to be at least 900 with the cookie, maybe more. ...
