as far as my workouts through the cruise go, im not sure how i want to go about it. since im not maxing out, i can estimate what i can lift and run a 5x5 at 80% of that with 3 minute breaks between sets. i was thinking of running maybe a 3x8 with 3 minutes between sets. i was thinking a 3 day split ...
