Great news!! Keep up the fantastic work Matt!!! so ive got 1 more week of dieting then im thinking starting next sunday ill bump up to around 2000 calories/day for a couple weeks and then dip again to 80% on off days if i havent finished the workouts by then. ill also be back on EC after this week ...
