 you are paying $7.50 a gallon of raw cow milk? are you buying it from a farmer or from a third-party retailer? I'm going to start buying organic raw guernsey milk from an amish guy and I'm going to pay him like... $3 a gallon, and that's really generous. if milk isn't USDA certified organic...

On a national level "the feds" will only allow a scant few cheeses to be raw, and they hate even having to allow those. Some states allow their distribution, others don't. I have heard that some raw cheese is made from the same milk source as the whey that MP comes from, but I really can'...

So, to directly answer you Resto, it's not a marketing gimmick. No sir. Who would go to such huge expense to prop up a marketing gimmick? And besides, as most of you know marketing gimmicks have never been our focus or style for what has now been 18 years. Personally, the raw milk freedom crusade i...

Why not just eat more chicken and beef? Plenty of protein there. Or does cooking meat get rid of the protein too? I eat my beef rare/medium rare at most. I also cook my chicken less than most, will use raw eggs in homemade protein shakes, and if I cook egg they are soft boiled or fried over-easy. T...

Unless I can be proved otherwise, I feel like buying cold processed protein is a sale gimmick if the protein has already been involved in the pasteurization process...the whole point of cold processing something is to save the protein from heat, correct me if I am wrong. For those of you who love mi...

p.s., look into www.realmilk.com for locations to purchase raw milk in your area. I feel bad for those who live in the ridiculous states who ban the sale of raw milk, what a joke that is...

nigh7owl, you are correct. Raw milk is the only way to go. I just did about a solid months worth of research on the subject, and there is no comparison. The milk flavored water in stores is garbage compared to raw milk (not to mention raw milk is absolutely delicious...). I do not know how askmass m...

I just came back after 10 days off just a few days ago, you think I should take 10 more off? I'm not scheduled to squat again until saturday/Sunday with my 1 on 2 off schedule I am trying to keep, so I imagine I will not be sore still then. I felt great when I squated, all my aches were gone, just g...

I am using the formula and the blueprint mass stack so honestly I was not expect...

Terrific!!! Now, take note of the following: "Red Zone" workouts start during workout #5. Something to consider as you bite off more on those EDT blocks. Otherwise, absolutely fantastic work thus far!!! So would you consider adding an additional edt block just for workouts 2-4 depending o...

Rob, I lied...I am doing GLP2 next. I guess I got a little ahead of myself. You mention an every other day format for the first 7 or 8 workouts. If I do squats and bench press as my two staple movements and do them on separate days, do I bench, off, squat, off, bench, etc etc or do I bench, squat, b...
