Right on target man. Can't guarantee I'll be in front of the computer when day 5 hits but looking into you future I see just continuing on with the diet through day 5.. So I got sick again. Worse this time than last. I don't know how long it'll take for me to recover but I haven't been able to eat the 2800 calories a day or workout.

Weight: 146 (+4) Dang, my rapid bulk streak has slowed.
I'm up to about 2700-2800 calories a day and 120-130 grams of protein. Finally got my meal schedule down (well, sort of).
Kinda confused about the Feast schedule though.
