Im ready for my squat max at 260 on friday. Im pretty excited for my news lifts that are coming soon.

I did some hack squats and leg curls but i couldnt finish an edt because of my groin.

So the tonnage is for the main lift only correct?? What exactly does the tonnage tell you? IF i just do the lift with the correct weight will i be doing it right?
