I'm sad to say my BP run has come to an end after GLP workout #4. I was dumb and broke my wrist last night punching some dude at a bar. It's a shame, as I was making really good progress. Oh well, a week off, then maybe a modified run with legs and abs while the bum wing heals up. If you're gonna be...

Had a small accident over the holiday break. Couldn't get in a full workout without pain, but did get in my first GLP phase and one abbreviated EDT block. Well, I ended up with a week off. In a non-workout related incident, I tweaked the heck out of my shoulder and arm. It feels like nerve pain that starts under my scapula and extends down to my fingertips. My right arm is extremely weak -- like I'm having trouble opening a sliding glass door week - a...

Hey Rob,

I'm going out of town for the holidays, Thursday - Monday. Should I worry about getting a workout in while I'm gone (I think it will be possible at my dad's gym), or should I just take a week off before starting GLP#1?

Needless to say, I will continue to feast over the holiday :)

The more I take this stuff, the more I like it. A few weeks ago, I was totally blasted out on caffeine. I'd drink 6-8 cups throughout the day, and usually a monster or two to boot, plus a PWO with caffeine in it. It got to the point where I knew it was unhealthy, and I was still tired all the time. ...

Hey guys, need a little advice. When I do SLDLs, I can feel a tweak in my lower back that makes me nervous. I always end up doing them really light or abandoning the sets early. Should I just lighten up (like ridiculously light) and make sure the form is spot on, or should I substitute another hamst...

Feast Workout #4 (Deload) One thing I really like about this program is that it seems to anticipate right when you're gonna hit the edge of traction, and it gives you an easy day. I felt fine this morning, went into the gym feeling strong, and realized quickly that I was out of gas. Fortunately, it...

Something's going on. I was HUNGRY yesterday. I'm never hungry. I'd actually prefer to cut than bulk. When I'm eating over maintenance, it's usually a struggle just to get food in my mouth. Yesterday, I couldn't get enough. Just a good, clean, deep, burning hunger. Oh, and sleep has been fantastic. ...

GOD, PLEASE don't do DRM or whatever. I'm working with Rob to help him understand the options, and the pros and cons of each. Like you said, DRM can be a trade-off, and can ultimately punish the people who pay more than it discourages the pirates. I'm sure that whatever Rob chooses, like everything...

Sorry to hear it, Rob. But I gotta say, if they're missing out on the BP family, and your stellar support, they're only ripping themselves off. If you want me to look into some DRM options for BP#3, I'll be happy to. But, as you know, pirates will be pirates and they'll always find a way. It's just ...
