There is a blog for tennis elbow rehab using a kettle ball. Check out "extremehumanpreformance"/blog / Tennis Elbow Fix-Tendnosis Versus Tendonitis by Mike T. Nelson. Another suggestion is elbow sleeves (not sure of correct term/name) when benching and/or tricept training.

I tried to get by without the abx but was really getting behind on training and losing a lot of ground. Always incorporate warm ups with every wo, even a brief 10-15 minute "low intensity walk on the tread mill" can be benificial before training. It helps to icrease blood flow to mucsles, and thus decreases tendonitis issues. I know Rob has a post discussing this, but not sure where to direc...
