Not to hijack the thread or anything, but I have a question about Adaptagen N and sleep. I don't always get to have a full 8 hours of sleep because of my work schedule. It's best to dose them apart, keeping the Nitro AKG in a completely free and open absorption state. It would not totally negate it, as food or a protein shake surely would, but it is still a limiting factor of a small degree. Best to you, Brain.
