Couldn't you just push it back one day? It might not fit your schedule, only you would know that, but an extra day of rest (and one that you might be eating and resting well during) might serve you very well at that point.

Just my thought!

This is down 3.8lbs since last Saturday morning (my approximate baseline weight), but down 9 lbs since Monday morning (day after my all out grub fest)! Heart rate took a jump this morning too and...

Nutrition on point again today. Should finish up around 1600 calories and <35g of protein. Weight is down 2.3 lbs since Saturday (down 7.5 lbs since Monday morning - Had a fish fry on Sunday and had takeout Sunday night - I prepared for Famine!). Famine Workout #2: W.G. Bench press: 225x12 superset ...

Thanks for looking dta! I have very good mood each morning despite the lack of sleep and calories, weird... but this morning I was sitting in the car, ready to go to work and I realized I forgot my lunch bag! I have never forgotten my lunch bag before. Lack of attention? Yesterday was workout #2, f...

Yesterday was my famine 3rd day, so famine workout #2 and I did 4 superset of barbell bench press with dumbell shoulder press. It's really hard on the shoulders and it kept me from lifting heavy dumbells... But this workout is done quickly so give all you have! I agree! I did this workout this morn...

I personally read and understood it as 1 set each, and that's what I did during my famine. Thanks JlCh - I had found a response from Rob pertaining to this question in another thread. That is what I did this morning as well and I CAN NOT imagine doing four sets of each lift....No way! Will update l...

Hey man, I found this response from Rob in another thread. The same question was asked. The way you have it written out is perfect. One set of EACH movement. Not 4 sets of each. I'm not that diabolical (at least with you guys, work is another story) :) So as it says, just one set of each, not four.

Hey so we aren't supposed to repeat each set (such as Benchpress) 3 more times? I thought so too, but I read differently elsewhere. I am going to look around to see what I can find in the meantime. Anybody else have a thought on this? EDIT: Rob responded to this question in another thread: The way ...

scump wrote:yeah mate you left out your EDT blocks... this is what your first 5 workouts should look like:

bench X
pullovers X

upper body EDT block

Squat X
SLDL x

lower body EDT block

finish.

some people save both EDT blocks till after squatting.
I've noticed this too Scump - What's your preference?
