Thanks for the responses - Exactly the information I was looking for. I have since been following Protocol #1 and taking at least 20-25g of BCAA each of the last two days (with today being the third). Today is a workout day so I am going to sip on some BCAA during the day and then concentrate the re...

I believe I had read a similar question and Rob suggested to pick up where you left off (in your case Day One Feast). Of course, I'll hold out for Rob's response, but that is what I recall reading. Best of luck in your recovery and progress!

On the training days, take care to make sure at least 25% of your calories come in the form of that intra-workout drink. Doing so will benefit you the most right when and where its needed. Rob - You are referencing the intra-workout drink as outlined in your BCAA Protocol #2 correct? I was consider...

It looks as though, per the tracking update, my Kre-Anabolyn is here in St. Paul and I am hoping it will make it to my house today.

askmass - Thanks for getting the product out promptly and working with me in regard to my billing info changing last moment. Great service!

Edit: Just got it! Thanks :)

Going to make myself some eggs, toast, and who knows what else in a few moments. Day One Feast - Eat time.

Weighed in at 201.1 lbs this morning and feeling the DOMS a bit; otherwise, I am feeling pretty decent at this point.

I like it Rob. This helps a lot. So I will do (assuming a 3000 cal/day maintenance): Days 1-3: 4250 cals/day Days 4-14: 3750 cals/day Days 15-28: 3000 cals/day (workout) | 2550 cals/day (rest day) Days 29-42: 3000 cals/day (workout) | 2250 cals/day (rest day) I think I can roll with that. Thanks for...

How does this look? -First 72 hrs. of Feast: ~4250 cals/day -Week following 72 hrs. above: ~3750 cals/day -Rest of Feast: ~3250 cals/day I f...

Thanks Rob! Hah, just got to work after Famine Workout #3...I think I am just on the edge of not feeling well, but the workout is now done and tomorrow is ever closer! Definitely feeling a slight headache and fatigue, but I figure that is to be expected...Nothing a little Chipotle burrito can't fix ...
