you should message him with the email and name that you bought under. I"ve noticed a lot of people (including myself) never recieved some of the files. I literally went months thinking 3.0 was just one file.

Who to see for back pain?

Okay so I've been seeing a chiropractor for about 4 visits now. I don't see any drastic improvements. Might now some of the symptoms that come with the back pain is particularly in the lower and mid range. From the lower area it's just your typical back pain, it really makes itself known at the end ...

142lbs

Bench - 235lbs
Squat - 305lbs
Deadlift - 325lbs
(skinny legs, don't judge me)

Based on experience, I guess I'm pretty much strong in contrast to other people my weight.

When I first started out I was at about:
bench - 185
squat - around 1.5xbw
DL - ??? no idea

What did you do to your back? Where does it hurt (butt area, between upper butt and lower ribs). Depending on the seriousness of the back injury I would stop working out until you were 100%. No need to mess your back up and stopping all gains as opposed to taking 2 to 3 weeks off and getting increa...

Lower back injury advice?

I just got finished with my GLP phase. I'm supposed to be running my cruise phase soon and had to skip the last half of my lower body workouts from my GLP. Should I continue upper body days for cruise and just skip lower days? Or should I just drop working out completely till I heal? I really need s...

Are you running that LHM diet you posted a while back? If so, would you recommend something like this for someone who is already light and looking to decrease his bf as much as possible? I'm about 143lbs at the moment and though I can't seem to get a proper bf reading I'd say around the upper 16% bf...

Just bought the blueprint also. I'm a little worried. I eat crazy amounts of food right now and if I work out even semi-fasted I get foggy, strength and motivation in the gym drops, and feel crappy in general. Anyone else like that? I'm pretty sure just about everybody gets like that. progress > 5 ...
