Okay so I've been seeing a chiropractor for about 4 visits now. I don't see any drastic improvements. I just got finished with my GLP phase. I'm supposed to be running my cruise phase soon and had to skip the last half of my lower body workouts from my GLP. Just bought the blueprint also. I'm a little worried. I eat crazy amounts of food right now and if I work out even semi-fasted I get foggy, strength and motivation in the gym drops, and feel crappy in general. Anyone else like that?
