Street-Dreams let the Famine commence again!

Ok guys, I am back to do another run.. this time I am cutting and keeping track of my calories like I did awhile back. I will be doing Convict conditioning possibly with some static lifts (top range rack pull and leg press statics) mixed in.

I was planning on running a CC plan using only static movements to supplement it. Good to see someone else had that idea too.

I would like to add that I don't feel like this routine is something that I would have to necessarily take time off from.
