Hello all! I am set to start famine tomorrow and get this show on the road. I have two BP runs under my belt now. First I ran the GLP1 and added 10lbs to my 1 rep max bench, from 225 to 235. I would disagree to some extent. I have run two BP runs without adaptogens and there is still great benefit in running the famine/feast/cruise protocol.
