Third day of famine is underway and I have my second workout tonight.

Everything is going well. Making juices, eating fruits and salads. Looking forward to feast as always though :D

Good luck! I will be following for sure. What's your goal this time? Strength, mass, recomp, cut? Thanks man. This will be recomping some of the softness that came from bulking over winter. The periodic has a point after glp2 that I may go into famine again and do the last two loading patterns. I m...

ThePaul7 runs the Blueprint Periodic

Hello all! I am set to start famine tomorrow and get this show on the road. I have two BP runs under my belt now. First I ran the GLP1 and added 10lbs to my 1 rep max bench, from 225 to 235. I also added 15lbs to my squat, from 250 to 265. I then ran the supersquat program and bulked from 187 to 195...

One of my favorite things about the BP is giving your body a rest and knowing its for a purpose. Minimize injury, sickness and increase your gains once you do start back up again.

I am taking my week off and going to regroup and start a new journal very soon. :)

I would disagree to some extent. I have run two BP runs without adaptogens and there is still great benefit in running the famine/feast/cruise protocol. These are solid loading patterns with a unique approach. I wouldn't use any supplements other than creatine and protein during my first run . This ...

A difficult yet necessary exercise in de-tox/cleansing.. I hope you'll come to appreciate it in time. Many of the elderly die not from disease IMO but rather, via malnutrition/starvation. The result of many, many years of uninterrupted food "dosing". Too many... Yeah I like the way my bod...

One more cruise to go and I am taking my week off before starting famine again. :)
That should be a sad face... I hate famine :(
Lol. Well I try to look at it as a positive because I tend to enjoy food so much more again once I start feast.

I have run two BPs without the supplements the book is centered around ecdy, adaptogen n, test boosters etc. I have just used protein powder some creatine and ate ...
