I'll trade you that old annoying gym guy for the old annoying gym girl at my gym.
She gets on the elliptical and moans/pants/groans like she's doing something real nasty on it. REAL LOUD too... Actually makes me sick to my stomach. I've cut 2 workouts short because of her horrible sounds.

I skipped workout yesterday because I'm still struggling with the muscle pull in my back (by my shoulder blade). Just finished workout #2 of Feast. I should've gone higher on the incline bench and DB military press. Workout was HARD today. Last rep or 2 were crappy form, but tried to squeeze as much as I could. I think if I had done squats instead of leg press, I might not have made it all the way through... Dropped my gym card at the end of the workout, and didn't think I was going to make it back up after pic...

No one is laughing man. I find it more respectful if people can drop the ego and lift properly. You'll see better gains in the end going that route from my perspective.
