Nick, I've been doing BP-as-a-cut as well, with a custom program from Rob. I'm just into week 2 of it, and it is a significant difference from the standard HIT and GLP/GLP2 etc, of Feast phase. I dropped right at 5 lbs as well. Fluctuated a bit through the week but Sunday to Sunday it was a net 5 lbs. I believe Rob says 5-6 lbs is about spot on.

Fish question....

Rob,

Just wanted to know why your not big on fish for protein? Strictly from a protein synthesis standpoint. Personally I get almost exactly 40 grams/day of my protein from canned, wild caught Alaska salmon fillet, so at 250g/day avg thats roughly 16%. Just curious. Thanks brother.

I recall John making a post recently about a change in scoop size, which is why I weighted mine out anyhow. But as long as I know how much its weighing out, the actual scoop size doesn't much matter. I JUST received my MPA last week and the scoop in it measures out 7.5 grams on my scale. Just thought I'd throw that in the mix.
