Excellent post and question. I'm still 5 weeks out from Cruise, and I am very curious what some of these guys experiences have been, and whats worked best for them as well. Obviously Rob has given us a wealth to go on in the book (and myself in particular in the custom program he worked out for me) ...

Ive got the belt and the pin, highly recommend both. It expands your capabilities and options tremendously, even if you do regular squats also. And to be honest, squats aside, I'd have bought it just to do weighted dips, those are fast becoming my favorite upper body lift. I've really surprised myse...

Nick, I've been doing BP-as-a-cut as well, with a custom program from Rob. I'm just into week 2 of it, and it is a significant difference from the standard HIT and GLP/GLP2 etc, of Feast phase. But for my purposes, it seems to be working well. I'm down 1.3 lbs since Famine, and that brought me down ...

We'll be lowering the price for the general public on this production lot, but you guys will be able to apply an additional savings voucher on top of that. All the best to you guys. John, its such...

Fish question....
Rob,
Just wanted to know why your not big on fish for protein? Strictly from a protein synthesis standpoint. Personally I get almost exactly 40 grams/day of my protein from canned, wild caught Alaska salmon fillet, so at 250g/day avg thats roughly 16%. Just curious. Thanks brother.

See there, you CHEATED, using a reloading scale! YEAH, I think that is the type I may get the next time I deal with it. Too many treat grams as a measure of VOLUME. It ISN'T! It's a measure of mass or weight. Steve Yeah but you gotta ask yourself, when you get to where your weighing your supps or f...

Yeah its the Biggest Loser one of all things lol. It was the best bang for the buck one so that's why I scooped it. Accurate to within 1 gram. To be honest I used my reloading scale (as in the kind used to reload rifle and handgun cartridges) to check the MPA just cause I wanted a super-accurate num...

I recall John making a post recently about a change in scoop size, which is why I weighted mine out anyhow. But as long as I know how much its weighing out, the actual scoop size doesn't much matter. A decent digital scale is a wonderful thing to have in general, Bed Bath and Beyond has 'em for $20 ...

Very interesting suggestion. Cause I came to find REALLY fast the other day that trying to do full-range squats with the weight pin limited me to about 5 plates with clearance on my knees. I plan to use an EZ bar with the daisy chains front and back from now on for full range of motion work. But the...

Well Famine is officially one for the books. That workout this afternoon was nuts. I wished I had worn my heart rate monitor to see where I was at after that 5th superset of squats/DB rows. It was well into the 160's, may have kissed 170. But to be honest I actually felt better after that one than w...
