I am back....been gone for a bit. Had to have a couple of surgerys and I am now back to 100%. I started my 3.0 finally and trying to go light. I set my bench to 225 and my squats to 285. What did you do to your back? Where does it hurt (butt area, between upper butt and lower ribs). Depending on the seriousness of the back injury I would stop working out until you were 100%. No need to mess your back up and stopping all gains as opposed to taking 2 to 3 weeks off and getting incread...

Do you think this is overkill? I just ordered some ebol, had a discount at the other supplement company and got it for under 50, but just checked and I still have 60 KA left. So, my question, can the two be taken together or should I cycle one run with one and the next run with the other?
