Lhockey, I have a question for you: why are you taking Kre-anabolyn and creatine mono? There is kre-alkalyn creatine in kre-anabolyn. if you take 3 caps kre-anabolyn per day, I think it's worth 10 g mono... hmm i'm taking 2 caps of kre-anabolyn but i don't really buy into kre-alkalyn. creapure crea...

do the numbers seem right in terms of what i should be hitting/missing? the EDT blocks for the most part seem to be improving minus issues with my hand here and there. also, ive now been off my sleep medication for about 10 days and ive woken up every day still tired and sluggish. most nights im ge...

Okay I thought you meant High Intensity Interval Training. I will wait for one of the other guys to step in here but my opinion is going to failure then doing EDT may be counter productive seeing as by the time you get to the EDT's you will have consumed all the glycogen stores and could be canniba...

EDT (they way we do them) and HIIT arent really strength builders and the will hold your strength back compared to a program not doing those two exercises. To over simplify Eat Big / Lift Big /Sleep Big = Big Gains Eat Big / Lift Big /Sleep Big / EDT & HIIT/ = Moderate Gains but Big Fat Loss Ha...

my recovery has never been good and while i love doing the EDT blocks and feel intense doing them, maybe they're holding my strength back?
