great work squatting 270x1, and especially deadlifting 265 for so many reps afterwards :shock:

can't believe you're already on your third run! still liking it as much as the first time? and yeah, that's annoying about the belt...

I occasionally see the heart rate abberation here and there. It doesn't seem to affect things. The only explanation I have is that for a very few, your work capacity has increased so much and your weight decreased, the heart doesn't have to work as hard to carry around the weight. Whatever the case...
