Love this thing!
Currently on day two of my famine and enjoying it, gettting used to the idea so it isn't so bad. I just wanted to note that my Bench went from 250 to 280 for 2 reps with a little help on the second at the end of the glp 2. Squat went from 235 to 270 in the same time frame. The numbers didn't jump mu...

I was wondering if you could help me out in finding it. im about 180 lbs so in that 1380 calorie rang...

Not skipping consolidation, I'm doing it now. I just didn't understand because the time frames interconnect. Im gonna hit these last 1 rep max days. do the 5x5 with my own other stuff for 3 weeks and take a week off to rest or do famine, I'll decide when I get there. and continue on. If this sounds ...

Finishing up feast/glp 1
What do I do now? I have 1 workout for upper and lower left where I go for my new 1rm. After this, do I take a week off, do I do lighter workouts for 2-3 weeks , or do I continue onto the 2nd glp? I can't wait to get back on the mono and watch myself blow up:P

Maintenance Phase
Hey guys, whats the word on going into the maintenance phase? When do you know to switch over to it and do you just stay in it until the glp 2 is done and you go back to famine? Just any tips from crafty veterans on this stage?

This is pretty sweet
Hey guys, I just wanted to post how pleased I am with this program so far. I've been in school for near a month now and I started this right before it started. I wasn't seeing progress as much as I'd like in lots of areas. The program thus far has gotten me in the right mindset and limited muscle gr...

I have faith in you, it'll explode soon enough with the help of Rob. Seems like everybody's bench has gone through something like this before. I found really really focusing on as strong a grip as possible and locking my shoulder blades together was the secret to my bench going up, I had never total...
