I did first run of blue print pretty much exactly as described in manual calories pretty close sometimes a little under and sometimes a little over (I like Ice cream). Qustion about week 8 (cruise) on BP

I just started week 8 on the BP, it spells out 3 work outs chest, legs, and back. It also shows 2 work outs on the bottom tabs upper body and lower body. Should I just follow the upper and lower body work outs or should I be doing an upper body, lower body and a back work out? Also there is not much...

I tried my new squat belt today!!!! 6 sets I think I may have got it right on the last 2. The balance is different and I used lighter weight tring to figure it out.I may try doing it slower next time.
