Thanks! I believe I am mostly an endomorph. Had lost a lot of weight in the past so eating before bed I believe is a bad idea. Big Jaz you only eat 100 grams of carbs on a normal day? No way! That's like contest prep is it not?

How late do you suggest eating? Is it fine to have carbs right before bed if they fit my daily macros?

Clean foods in feast?

The mixed drink Rob suggests has 1,000 calories....and cream?? not too 'clean' from my point of view. Since this is the case, how are 'dirty' foods to eat within the first few days of feast? Do you suggest around 10% of the diet be 'dirty'? if so, where does this drink fall in? dirty? or clean? Than...

Thanks so much for all of your responses! Rob, I believe you are right. My carb intake was a bit lower yesterday because I saw a bit of fat start to creep up on me. So I dropped my macros a bit. Also I rested maybe about 3 mins before my 1 RM set. Next time I will be sure to have a nice LONG rest be...

I believe I warmed up properly. And I only took 1 rest day. I'll take 2 during the german loading pattern.

Maybe I didn't rest enough before attempting it? lol It's weird and really bugging me. But oh well I'm going to count my 1 RM as 230 and move on.

Good idea?

Workout 5 of feast. 1 RM

So today was my 1 rep max. At my home gym on the deload day I did 195 7 times. I'm now back at University and today for my 1 rep max I couldnt even do two 45's on each side. On the 2-3 rep workout I did 225 (two 45's) 3 times. Any explanation? Maybe I didn't eat enough? or not enough sleep? Thanks, ...

Would you suggest doing PR zones during the first feast workouts? Or just after the 1 rep max workout?

Finished day one of feast with macros at 386 C, 423 P, 96 F. Had three shakes of myofusion with 16oz's of milk each time. Didn't eat a lot of cheat meals. These numbers too high? This morning is my first morning of feast. Yesterdays workout was brutal I almost got sick from going too heavy but I loved it!!! Anyways, I woke up, made breakfast and when I began to aeat it I noticed I had no taste..... Did I fry my CNS? Lol. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this bef...

Begin feast tomorrow. Can't wait. Is it possible to overdue it during the feast in terms of calories? Still aiming to keep only 25% dirty. Ok but would lifting lighter be ok? This is my second run on the blueprint and I had a spotter for the first so was able to go heavy. Just curious if any results will not show because I am not lifting the MOST. Just the most i can do by myself.
