Nice, I will have to do this then. I just find it a little difficult to consume nearly 4k calories in food a day w/o eating crap. Do you have any good ideas for a peri-workout drink? Is it just something like Waxy Maize and some BCAA's? My back!?

My lats are unproportionate. My left side is much more developed than my right and I was curious if there is anything I can do in the BP to help even them out more.

I know I tend to put more on my left side because of this. Any advice?
