i was think of doing the kreanabolyn the next cycle

so i guess ill just do the protein and bcaa mix but where would i get the carbs from then?

im going with the supersquat workout plan so obviously my plan is to gain mass so how would that change the components of the shake?

peri workout shake

ive seen the peri workout shake mentioned alot yet in different forms i do the 25g mass pro 20g bcaa 200g waxy maize then i have 25g mass pro after the workout some people do more protein or less waxy maize, whats best? esp since im in the first week of feast should i up the protein? Down the maize?

im in the last 5 days of the fast so im starting famine phase yet im still in the fasting period so im fasting 16 hours and in those 8 hours i do the whole fruit and vegetable thing is there any health risks or is that fine?

dilemma

i almost done with the cruise phase and have even realized the2 pound gain in muscle yet a sort of dilemma popped up as soon as the cruise phase is over, due to religous obligation, i must start a month long fast in which i fast from sunrise to sunset which now would be at least from 5am to like 9pm...

so should i stop at 42 days or should i do a specific number of workout sessions like 15 and have that be my last day? because i dont want to cross the line btw feast and maintenance and overwork and deplete my gains. how should my diet change in the maintenance phase? im doing the supersquats diet ...

its two weeks before the 30th day of my feast phase how do i know to make it 30 days or 42 days? and is there any other form of maintenance workouts other than the one in the bp i did supersquats for mass and boy did it work so is there a diff maintenance workout for those who wanted to add mass ins...

after session 2 of the workout im feeling great the results are shocking me im gaining muscles and losing fat i dont even know how

one problem tho is i cant find myself able to add weight on the bench press im adding in all the other workouts tho...
