So I picked up a bottle of Bioforge V1 for the short time it was back in stock on nolinksplease.com
I'm almost into my third week of feast, and wanted to see if I should add Bioforge (and if so, in what dosing - 6'2 190lb) Currently taking KA.
On a quick side note - Seeing great gains thus far!

Yoga!?!
Well today is Day 4 of famine for me. Things are going well (even though it sucks), Resting HR is going up each morning. So this morning I went to a "hot yoga" class ("hot" room and fast pace). My trainer had suggested I try it to work on flexibility and balance. It was certainly...

I agree that nolinksplease.com has lots of idiots but its really what go me into serious weight training. You can ask questions and get quick answers. Being involved in a community with like minded people is kind of refreshing considering really only 1 of my close friends lifts. I think of nolinkspl...

Brain - Thanks so much for the response. I'm starting to get a good idea of BP and how it fits in with my goals. Still reading and re-reading BP. I'd say I'm focusing more on strength. With lifts but also explosiveness in terms of movements. The diet during each phase is pretty self explanatory and ...

Thanks for the response. I'm 19, and yep, winding down our Spring Season and headed into Summer Conditioning. I'll be on my own for most of the summer but I'll be working with a group of guys at my gym who play College Football and our trainer is a former NFL player... I think my body can handle it....

Mixing Sports Training with BP
Adhering to 5 days of famine diet/workouts is no problem. However, I'm trying to figure out if I can combine soccer training with the feast phase. Can practice and sports training in the gym/plyometrics be combined? Practice is well...practice and in the gym we use resistance bands, medicine balls, ...
