Strenuous Exercise

Hi all, anyone do Strenuous Exercise and getting desired fitness goal?
scientists are now discovering that relatively short duration,
even as little as 2.5 minutes of high-intensity interval training could be the key to long-term weight loss. I'm just starting it and it is working for me.

Yoga for fitness..

Yoga is best practice for maintaining physical and mental health. It improves stamina of body and reduces chances of injuries. It is also effective practice for losing weight. Allows you to achieve your fitness goals much faster.
