Feast day #12
I haven't been as sore the past couple workouts so I don't feel like 2 days off is necessary so workout #4 will be later today - hopefully it goes better then the last workout.

Yes, smart move on the extra day off! Yeah, theres no way I would be able to bench, or squat today. For these initial 5 workouts, is it ok if I follow a 1 on, 2 off schedule?
