I used to drink regularly in college but now I drink occasionally. My gains have been somewhat better since I stopped drinking a lot but overall I feel a hell of a lot healthier. Training Update
Still running intermediate 5x5 as an extended cruise. Lifts are increasing every workout. To keep with the theme of this thread here's another progress pic of my back.

Wow a 340lb bench press! That was legit! AND a 510 squat! Geez man. I was surprised at how fast your descent was, then you reversed the weight fairly quickly as well. 4. I was asking that, if I recover faster than the recommended time written in The Blueprint, would my gains be better? For example, the given rest time was 2 mins.
