I agree Rob but if you look close he does have a lot of muscle on a relatively small frame. 5'8 like 175 it looks like. I remember in the book it said something about bodybuilders being "all show and no go", so it appears this guy is all go.

The model from the book has his own website where he provides some great pointers and training advice. He also has a page on youtube where he has really cool training videos. It's Beast Skills dot com. And his youtube name is BeastSkills.

Can anyone do the uneven squats yet? I'm having a hard time with this one. I'm going for level 7 on the Pullups and abs tomorrow.

I used to drink regularly in college but now I drink occasionally. My gains have been somewhat better since I stopped drinking a lot but overall I feel a hell of a lot healthier. If your young you shouldn't beat yourself up if you want to go to a party and have a few drinks IMO. Just get back on tra...

Still running intermediate 5x5 as an extended cruise. Lifts are increasing every workout. To keep with the theme of this thread here's another progress pic of my back.

Yeah I wasn't sure if you could dunk or not because I've heard stories about Olympic lifters weighing close to 300lbs with 35 inch vertical leaps just because their power base was so strong from squating. You obviously have a strong base already if you can squat 2.5x your body weight. I read all abo...

Wow a 340lb bench press! That was legit! AND a 510 squat! Geez man. I was surprised at how fast your descent was, then you reversed the weight fairly quickly as well. Sometimes when you see a really heavy squat the athlete will ease into it like an old man into a warm bath but not you! Side note, ca...

4. I was asking that, if I recover faster than the recommended time written in The Blueprint, would my gains be better? For example, the given rest time was 2 mins. If I can go in just a minute, would my gains be better than a 2 minute rest? no Any studies to back this up? Studies to back up Big J....

The purpose of the other programs is just to have more workout ideas once your done with GLP1. You simply move on to the next loading program. Adaptogen-N will be safe if you use it. Some say you might not need it at your age but others say it is still beneficial. Up to you decide. Most people will ...
