Wow today was the last day before establishing my 1 rep max, and I have to say that I'm very impressed. I previously put up 225 for 3 on squats, and that improved to 225 for 6 today! Bench also slightly improved, with 155 for 4, up from 3.

The second workout today killed me. Weight had to be dropped after the second set of bench/shoulder presses. Definitely not a good feeling, but I like to think that it's exactly what I was looking for. We'll see how the last one goes!
