woo 275 max on squat, 175 on bench :).

Considering I weigh in around 150 pounds, I'm pretty happy with those results. Strength keeps going up every day, and I'm not even halfway through!

Wow today was the last day before establishing my 1 rep max, and I have to say that I'm very impressed. I previously put up 225 for 3 on squats, and that improved to 225 for 6 today! Bench also slightly improved, with 155 for 4, up from 3. :D

Well i finally put up 225 on squats for the first time ever for 3 reps. I definitely could have done more but i was slightly rushed. I'm excited to see what I can max out on, since it's been forever since I've actually done squats consistently. My chest is still lagging behind, I'm only putting up a...

First workout of feast was definitely a success. I was feeling lucky today and tried to hit the squats again, hoping my knees wouldn't hurt. To my surprise they actually felt perfect. I kept it light just to make sure that I didn't hurt any recovery progress I had made, but it's definitely great new...

Sorry just one other quick question. I understand that the same basic workout will be repeated for the next little while, but these EDT blocks can be changed around each time right? As in maybe doing chest/legs on workout 1, but then switching to arms/back on workout 2?

Hey Rob, I just have a few quick questions before I begin the training tomorrow. I know that Ebol should be taken 30 mins before/after training, but when do you recommend taking it on non-training days? Also, do you have any recommendations as to when I should take my cbol creatine along with it? I ...

The second workout today killed me. Weight had to be dropped after the second set of bench/shoulder presses. Definitely not a good feeling, but I like to think that it's exactly what I was looking for. We'll see how the last one goes!

Love the handle, dude. Welcome to the ranks! Thanks! First workout is over! I've been having knee problems recently so i warmed up with some light squats, but couldn't take anything heavy at all. I was hoping they'd be better by now but apparently not. Leg Press: 325x6 Superset with cable rows: 135...

Cheezewhiz's First Run

Hey everyone. Today marks day one of my blueprint run. I've read everything over a few times, and I think I'm ready for the challenge. While strength is definitely a plus, I'm more interested in gaining size. I've been working out for about 2.5 years now. Started out about 120 pounds and currently s...

just bought the blueprint tonight! Can't wait to get started.

Just a quick question. Outside of the paypal email, I didn't receive any others. Will I be able to receive future versions of this book, or is it considered "new" when you update it?

Thanks again, can't wait to start!
