It says in the blue print 3.0 feast phase training. you should start your split from 1 day on 2 days off. and then gradually increase the rest days until you reach the "once in every ten days". my question is, do you really have to rest that long? if yes, what are you going to do in your r...

Guys, it says in the 3.0 that if you want to tip the scale to a more sarcoplasmic hypertrophy you just need to reduce the rest time. how about the weights? do you need to reduce it too? or just stick with the given rep ranges written in the 3.0.

same here man, my heart rate in my 3rd day was 78 from 72. in my 4th day and 5th day it decreased dramatically. from 78 to 66. but i guess its okay cause i accomplished the goal. to lose 1lb per day. started from 165lbs to 160.

Ways of making a PR block?

i want to make my own PR blocks. but i'm just not sure how i will do that. Does it need to be an antagonistic muscle group? or is it okay to pair the same muscle group. for example dumbell incline presses to cable crossovers? any tips guys?
