Benefits, of raw butter.

Well raw butter is good for you it contain, an impressive array of antioxidant and mineral. However it should be, eaten in moderation because it is still little salt and medium in fructose. Also heat will destroy all the nutritional, benefit of the raw butter. What do you think so please share here.

What do you eat, for breakfast.

Well i am just interested in what everyone, eats for Breakfast. I have been eating wheat bread and a almond butter concoction with 2 whites and 2 yolk, and sometimes a little 75% fat free ham or chicken.So what you eat in breakfast so please share here.
