Haven't posted in forever
When thru bridge workout. 1rms are same as end of last run. Last night did workout 1 of the 10% solution. Feels good to actually spend some time out there.

GLP 1 Workout 6
Benched for a new max of 190 today. thats about 112% of start. It looks alot better like that but a #20lb gain in 6 workouts is totally sweet anyway! that means i'll be banging on man weight in no time!

weighed in at 171lbs. yay! 24%bf DOH!
my arms measured a half inch larger but my thighs measured smaller.
Definiteley need some diet work.

no leg press
It was recommended to me to use the leg press to build my EDT block on Squat day. I workout out at home in a power rack with a bench and cable attachment. the bench has an leg extension/curl attachment. Does anyone have a suggestion for a loaded stretch movement to replace the leg press?

EDT choice
I workout on a power rack in my garage and don't own a leg sled. Any suggestion for the EDT exercise for the SQ day workout to oppose the romanian deads?
