question about shipping to Canada

Hi there i had a question about shipping to Canada, which one are we supposed to pick? Supersaver or world wide 1st class? Is the supersave shipping only for US? I need to order a kre anabolyn so was wondering which one to pick and how long would it take normally? Live in Ontario Canada.
