Healthy diet is important but we should keep this in mind that balanced diet is good. We should eat balanced diet food only and eat healthy stuff for getting healthy nutrition only. Anyway nice post and thanks for this information.

Rob, I really enjoy taking my ginger(powdered form) by adding it to my brown rice(tastes phenomenal, which is better than the paste taste brown rice usually has) and studies are saying it has potential as a testosterone booster by destroying the free radicals in the testes(specifically malondialdeh...

If yes then start drinking green tea regularly and eat fresh fruits and green veggies the most also avoid eating junk food.

You're taking too much calories per day and to improve your digestive system you should start eating fresh fruits,veggies salad because it proves to be very helpful in improving digestive system and also you can eat less then before.
