Today was day 1 of the famine phase. My average resting heart rate over the past 4 mornings was 58. Breakfast consisted of a big bowl of fresh fruit, cantalope pineapple blackberries. Small world. I live in Columbia, SC and went to college in Springfield, MO.

I was looking at the hip belts myself and have never see anything like it before. I can't get one right now but I'd be interested in one in the future.

Thanks for the welcome TURBOFLEX and Rob. I have done my shopping for the week and will get everything planned out tonight for the rest of the week.
