Workout 2 and 3
What are the thoughts if on Workout out #3 I am able to lift less than workout #2. Give more rest and repeat or count it and move on to #4?

Went fine of course. But just bench and squat didn't seem enough. After not lifting for x number of days I was ready for much more. I had to add some bicep, lats, and tri's into the workout. The BF and KA should be started day 1 of Feast. BF per label recommendation and the KA up to 3/day, although 2 is adquate at your weight.
