Bedtime Meal!!!! The Best!!!
I tried it last night!!! It was great and i went to bed full.
One Cup of Plain Greek Yogurt and one scoop of Mass Choclate Protein.
46 grams of protein!!! Hardly no carbs and calories was about 250 I think, but the taste was great.

As far as woking chest, legs,hamstrings, these are getting taxed fully. Triceps are getting worked 2nd hardest, shoulders 3 rd.
