Take 1 tablespoon of Braggs apple cider vinegar after each meal to help break it down. If you don't have apple cider vinegar get some Hydrochloric acid. Blueprint 2.0 or 3.0
This might be a dumb question but do I do the 2.0 for a bulk and then 3.0 for the recomp? Just want to know which one I should read 1st.
