You want to check out the Super Bench by Ironmaster. This will be the last bench you buy. I have one and it is a beast as far as durability and it has really comfortable durable padding too... Better than ones at some gyms. How far does it decline? And how does it support your body from sliding dow...

A 7 degree difference isnt going to matter much bud I keep seeing 25 to 30 degrees on dedicated decline benches. That's why I was asking. Seems you can only get 10 and 17 degree declines out of incline/decline utility benches. I'm wondering if a 10 degree decline is enough to use for the blue print...

Decline bench press decline degrees?

I have been looking at several benches to replace my current one that does not have a decline position.

Seems most are either a -10 degree or -17 degree decline.

What is the recommended decline degree for decline bench press?

In your experience have you seen a good deal of LBM added using Kre-Anabolyn with someone in my age range of 55 and small size 116 lb 5' 7"?

Thanks for the replies. I will be starting Famine today. Total calories each day of 928. Wow that's low but that is 8 calories per pound of body weight. I picked up some soy lecithin granules at GNC. At 40 calories a tablespoon they will eat up some of my calories. Is there a recommended amount of l...

OK, substitute for dips?

Due to "chronic" shoulder bursitis and tendonitis I can't do dips. They are a recipe for further injury to me. Would substituting one arm tricep kickbacks in place of dips be an OK substitute? Or how about using the high cable pulley with a straight bar and do a push down motion with elbow...

Check craigslist. I have found plenty for about 50 cents a pound or cheaper and one time for free just to get them out of their place.

Feast phase, first 3 days?

Am I reading it right? The first 3 days of feast I don't do any workouts. I do my first feast phase workout on day 4?

KRE-Anabolyn vs Adaptogen N at age 50?

I'm hoping to stack both of these. But the wallet is a little light so I may have to use just one this round.

Since I am 55 and weigh only 116 pounds is it better to go with KRE-Anabolyn or Adaptogen N for my first feast round?

55 year old taking the plunge to pack on muscle mass

My name is Rob and here is my story. I started out at 160 pounds at a height of 5' 7". Did I say I am 55 years old? Overweight and out of shape. I took up running several years ago and dropped down to 114 pounds with low body fat. Now after losing the fat I decided to add muscle. So I tried eve...
