matter2003, I wrote down something to that same effect in the margins of the article. It looks like an anti-estrogen would be wise with transdermal DHEA supplementation unless someone's blood test indicated too low estrogen. I do not know about an anti-aromatase because I do not know what happens to...

How are things going, Dagymwarrior? Your testosterone level concerned me. At least your SHBG was good in absolute terms, so it seems you can increase your testosterone with less risk of excess estrogen.

I just read this article (great find!) and it reported nothing that I found disturbing about DHEA. They only performed a statistical analysis on the subjects after five days of transdermal DHEA. However, it's worth noting that in their sample, they did see an increase of testosterone, estrogen, DHEA...

Iam using the shower, HIIT-Cardio and Iam doning some Foam Rolling as well as some mobility like for the hips and thoracic spine. It works wonders. I will also get a sled as soon as possible. With my powerlifting group we use the prowler. Very nice tool too. Only concetric work as with the medicine...

Also, what does "fasticulations" mean?

Try doing these Egoscue exercises as well. I have a bulging disc in my lower back and they help me tremendously... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rqNnmC09eUU Thank you, aron7awol. I think one round of those exercises helped me and I am sure the real benefit will be seen after multiple experiences.

Please post back what you hear from Brooks. I'm convinced to give either one a try. Thank you for reminding me. Brooks wrote that his book does not teach one hand pushups or chins, but the exercises would build related strength, especially for the one hand chins. I hope he would not mind me also sh...

Comparison to Brooks Kubik - "Dinosaur Body Training&qu

Any comments on how "Convict Conditioning" compares to Brooks Kubik's "Dinosaur Body Training"? I like the idea of a planned progression for improving such that one can eventually do multiple one-arm push-ups and one-arm chin-ups, for example. However, I have heard Brooks often o...

cogrick, in general "extracts" are better for remedial use, while the whole food or herb, etc is better for 'pre-medial' applications. ... of course the important factors in some foods are more bioavailable than others ... raw whole ginger, in my experience, has pretty high 'bioavailablil...

Recovering an old post here, but this is great stuff.

I just bought ginger extract and astragalus extract from superhumanradio.com given all the great stuff Carl Lanore and Dr. Michael Smith of the Life Extension foundation have said about the herbs. Rob Regish may also have said good things.
