Gluten Free

I went gluten free two years ago and have never looked back. No more GERD, no more lethargy after meals and most importantly my blood sugars normalized which is important for anyone who wants to avert CV disease, alzheimers, chronic inflammation, leaky gut...Also dropped about 10% points in body fat.

Bone Broth

Bone Broth is awesome. A good book full of whole, traditional food recipes is Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon. Rob, Do you feel that adding in 3 rounds of Kettlebell complexes to the 3 BP weekly workouts would be detrimental or beneficial. The exercises would consist of KB swing, KB clean and press, KB snatch and KB front squat all in succession. Perhaps doing this complex 3 times with 1minute rest n between...
