Ok, sounds good. Is the Adaptogen-n dose the same as the Kre-Anabolyn and at the same time?

Kre-Anabolyn + Adaptogen-N Stack

Would there be any reason or benefit to stacking Kre-Anabolyn + Adaptogen-N for my next feast phase or would this be overkill?

Sorry, I didn’t phrase that question very well. I was under the impression that shorter rest periods between sets will result in greater hypertrophy but would using only 1 – 1.5 min rest between sets with the German Loading Pattern #1 be counter productive to its design?

Using the German Loading Pattern #1 for hypertrophy.

On my last Blueprint run, which was my first run, I used the German Loading Pattern #1 with 3 min rest between sets. On this run I was thinking of using the same loading pattern with just 1.5 min rest between sets. Will this result in greater hypertrophy?

I'll check out Thiomax, thanks.
It's not extreme or anything, barely noticeable at the moment but I'm planning on getting down to around 10% BF and it might rare its head then.

Tightening loose skin – What works?

So after losing 70 lbs of body fat, down to 19% now, I'm starting to worry about loose skin. Are there any products or tips that have worked for others in a similar situation?

Alot of people don't seem to bother with the Overhead Press anymore but ...

Yep, thats the plan.

I did my first run without any supps and it still went really well. You don't need an Adaptagen or any other supplement to make gains on BP. Also congrats on your progress so far:) Thanks man. It was hard work but it sure as hell was long overdue. Wish to God I had started all this in my early 20's...

Great answer from beefcake! I want to add some infos of my part though: 1) carbs and calorie cycling. High fat, low calorie on cardio day, high carb with maintenance calorie on weight lifting day (or higher than maintenance calorie if you want to add muscle. You can also look into intermittent fast...
