We are hearing similar reports from so many users, that if you run out of TQ it becomes very apparent after a week or two what all it does for you. And, that once you start back up, it's like a feeling of near instant relief. TranQuilogen's popularity is really growing far and wide, and it's easy t...

glycerine advice
Anyone have success using glycerine? I've used about 30ml then tanked about half gallon of water over the course of an hour and it really doesn't seem to have an effect on me. Anyone try the glycerol monostearate? I wonder if it's better.

Yes I do and for myself too. Some people are stubborn and refuse to do them! So I'll let them do the overhead stuff until they eventually get shoulder pain. Women will listen and men usually won't take the jammer press recommendation. I really have no idea why. The only tweek I've made is I prefer p...

Decline Dumbbell Pull Overs. Stop dumbbell at chin during eccentric phase. STRONG outside the box thinking brother. I thought I tried everything. I was wrong... :) My line of thinking come from YOU Rob. I'm now a personal trainer and I've discovered that I can't train everyone the way I train mysel...

I know this is over three month old but it's a subject that's near and dear to my heart LOL In order of effectiveness for me would be: 1. Cable Cross Over Static Holds with MODERATE to LIGHT weight but LONG hold if you have shoulder problems. 1 - 2 minutes If you don't have shoulder problems then ob...

Re: BP subscriber
Rob what if you are already a BP subscriber? Haven't done anything formal yet (it's in the works), but consider this: If you're a current subscriber, I'm willing to let it go for $50. That's $25 off retail, and I'll throw in 2 free special reports along with it. You can remit via https://www.paypal...

I would agree that Alphamine does give a clean type of energy feeling, but it also messed up my sleep to the point I was awake all night and that was only one scoop with breakfast(17 hours away from bedtime) I have also tried DS Lean Xtreme which did help me lean out slightly around my midsection, ...

Bump for this interesting post by Dragon and to see if Rob can provide a link for his videos? I hear about your progress during the power hour and it would be inspiring to see some of these great performances. Also, can someone post a picture of the bottom of their lifting shoes? I am looking to se...

Congrats on your progress man! I haven't read the whole thread yet, but how much do you feel MPS/Synthagen added? Curious... :) MPS has been a fantastic product and I consider it a permanent part of my supplement stack along with AN and Bioforge's Pro Max which I tried again using Cookie's recommen...

Peaking Mandatory?
Nearing the end of 10% solution. I'm just wondering if I should peak or continue. I'm kind of developing some personal insight into the practicality of peaking since I'm not a power-lifter, and there is something that happens to me (laziness) when I peak a program. I might just finish the last worko...
